Join a leading global property company that operates within BTR as the Assistant Resident Services Manager. This is a full-time position, 40hrs, working 5 days over 7. The salary is up to £32,000 + 10% discretionary bonus. Role is based in Reading, Berkshire.

The role:
The Assistant Resident Services Manager will be based on a BTR scheme in Reading and will provide lettings and property management services.

Responsibilities of the BTR Assistant Resident Services Manager include:

  • Be the first point of contact from enquiry stage, viewing the property through to resident move in.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to residents at all times.
  • Create a sense of community within the development.
  • Ensure communal areas and available apartments are well presented.
  • Report building issues to the relevant member of the team.
  • Respond to rental enquiries.
  • Complete applicant vetting.
  • Processing offers and completing tenancy documentation.
  • Coordinate contractor appointments.
  • Organise minor works.
  • Complete check in and check out reports.

The person:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Positive, can do attitude.
  • Common sense approach.
  • Outgoing, warm, friendly personality.
  • Excellent written and spoken etiquette.
