Having a number of live sites across Cornwall, the company are actively looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to support a Senior Surveyor whilst developing your own experience and career on an exciting new residential development in Truro.

As the Assistant QS on site, you will be required to undertake commercial duties for the scheme including procurement, measurements, agreeing payments, assisting with final accounts and reporting.

Applicants should possess:
  • Previous experience in a Commercial Assistant or Assistant Quantity Surveying role
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • A good understanding and general interest in construction
  • A min HNC level qualification in Construction or related subject
  • A desire to build on your experience and progress
  • Fully IT literate

The client is open to all backgrounds within construction and will consider commercial assistants and trainee surveyors looking to step up! Experienced Assistant QS's are encouraged to apply!
