A renowned, award-winning Property and Construction Consultancy is seeking a bright, ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Liverpool office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering successful property and construction projects across the UK.

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a wide variety of projects across the Residential, Warehouse/Industrial, Commercial, Education and Heritage sectors. Working with a diverse client base and a specialist team of friendly, enthusiastic quantity surveyors.

With 40 people in the office, from Project Managers, Directors, Building Surveyors and 7 people in the Quantity Surveying team, you'll have the benefit of joining a well-established company with uncapped resources but within a small QS team. So, the support and mentorship from senior management will be that of a close-knit company. The best of both worlds!

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be enrolled on the company's impressive in-house structured training programme which has a fantastic track record helping people through their APC.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Committed to completing APC
• 1 year minimum QS experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Friendly, confident and eager to progress
