Assistant Quantity Surveyor
A busy, Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with an interest and desire to work on large London projects for well known, industry clients.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
Based out of their London office, a short walk from Fenchurch Street station, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall support an Associate Quantity Surveyor on commercial projects and projects within the "living" sector.
On a regular basis, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support an Associate in providing pre and post cost management services, as well as getting exposure to contract administration/ employers agent roles.
An ideal chance for a Graduate (with experience), or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor seeking tailored APC support, high profile projects, and greater responsibility.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or on the apprenticeship scheme
- Minimum of 12 months Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked for a UK (ideally London), PQS/Cost Consultancy
- Basic pre and post cost management knowledge
- Working towards chartership
- Hard working, motivated, professional
