Job Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor 

Area: Wimbledon

Salary: £35k – 45k

My client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Wimbledon, they are a high-end residential property build company. Working closely with the Commercial Manager duties will include:

Position Overview

  • Assist with contract packages
  • Account Management
  • Buying Materials and deal with the procurement method
  • Client Validation
  • Assisting with subcontractor
  • Processing payment applications
  • More specific duties will depend on the level of the individual as the role can be tailored appropriately.

Position Requirements

  • Degree or HND/ Degree in discipline involving Quantity Surveying (Advantage)
  • Previous experience as Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word and Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
