Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are currently working with a prestigious client who are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an exciting Hospital build project. The role will be a hybrid role working both on site and from either their Middlesbrough office or home.

Remuneration:

£25 000 - £35 000 per annum plus car/car allowance & benefits

Location:

Site Based 3 days
Home/Office based 2 days - Middlesbrough
Please note: Subsistence paid if lodging away

The role:

The successful applicants will have some experience within Construction Projects and NEC contracts

Requirements:

- Ideally Construction background
- NEC Contracts
- Enthusiastic approach to their work
