A close knit, Chartered Quantity Surveying firm in the idyllic Surrey area is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their supportive and nurturing team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working alongside the Partners, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to carry out a full range of pre and post contract tasks on hospitality, leisure, and higher education projects across the UK.

Day to day, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist in preparing scopes of work, attending sites, preparing bills of quantities, and preparing cost plans.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • 18+ months Quantity Surveying experience
  • Basic pre and post contract experience
  • Driving licence
  • Good communication skills and confident personality
  • Eager to learn and develop
