Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Redvelopment

Location: Central London

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Based in the vibrant city centre of London, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality residential developments that meet the diverse needs of our communities. We are seeking an assistant Quantity Surveyor who is eager to develop and hit the ground running.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for framework projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control and adherence to budgets.
  • Conduct regular cost assessments, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and analyse project financial performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of residential or commercial development processes and cost management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools.
