Job Description

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

• Preparing and analysing costings for tenders

• Assisting with Procurement

• Cost control, Writing reports, preparing Subcontractors

• Preparing Subcontracts

• Valuing completed work

• Arranging payments to suppliers and subcontractors

• Assisting with Change Control management and preparation of final reports

• Assisting in the preparation of final accounts

• Assisting in compiling Cashflows

• Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risks

• Assisting with any Contractual Notices

• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use

• Ensuring Collateral Warranties are tracked, issued, executed

• Ensuring latest Insurances are in place for Subcontractors working on Project

• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Certificate of Higher Education Level 4 - Quantity Surveying
• Full clean driving licence
• BSC (honours) Quantity Surveying - Completion November 2023
• Knowledge of Construction products and practices

Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages, including
