Join our Registration Team and become a pivotal part of delivering exceptional customer service experiences. As a member of this team, you'll engage with leaseholders, solicitors, and managing agents via telephone and email.

  • Efficiently process incoming post and cheques
  • Accurately update leaseholder and tenant details in our system
  • Promptly respond to emails in the Registration inbox
  • Address website queries related to leaseholder accounts
  • Handle telephone inquiries from various stakeholders
  • Ensure proper follow-up on files
  • Manage disputes
  • Collaborate with your team to meet targets and objectives set by Assistant Managers

We're looking for someone with proven administration experience, strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, along with strong written communication and telephone etiquette, is essential. Attention to detail, resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are key attributes we value.
