Based in Bournemouth, this role is based working within a purpose built high end rental building.

Supporting a Residential Service Manager, you will handle lettings to professional tenants. Proven lettings experience is required in order to handle the following duties:

  • Viewings and negotiating
  • Ensuring tenancy agreements and completed and compliant
  • Referencing and ensuring all finance paperwork is completed
  • Conducting inspections
  • Check in and check out
  • Overseeing inventories

Based in central Bournemouth, the building has a high end spec, therefore a well presented and professional candidate with customer service is essential.

Basic plus 10% bonus after probation
