We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the team of an established company with works in rail, specialising in M&E, Civils and S&T. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be in a dynamic and varied role, offering you ample opportunities for honing and advancing your Project Management capabilities. This role will require you to have previous experience in a rail based position.

This Assistant Project Manager Role will require you to:

· Provide administrative support for Project Managers to enhance efficiency and precision in their tasks.

· Work with clients to get an understanding of their requirements

· Document minutes in meetings and conduct analysis of statistical data

· Monitor inventory levels to evaluate resource procurement needs.

· Compile performance reports, ranking weekly progress updates

· Deliver presentations to team members to impart knowledge on marketing tools and strategies.

· Collaborate on data gathering, refinement and interpretation to facilitate informed decision-making and goal establishment.

· Nurture client relationships through effective communication to foster rapport.

· Formulate and implement action plans to optimize time, resources, and processes.

Key Skills required as an Assistant Project Manager:

· Be proficient in client interaction with a client-centric approach

· Have commercial acumen

· Be able to work unaided and with minimum supervision

· Have the ability to work within a team

· Possess exceptional communication, organisational and planning abilities

· Be adaptable to shifting priorities and achieving personal objectives whilst managing a dynamic workload

· Have experience of managing a team.
