Assistant Production Merchandiser- Fashion

This successful supplier of fashion forward clothing are seeking an Assistant Production Merchandiser to

support the merchandisers and Director.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Supporting the in house merchandise team to manage the critical production path.

Liaising with factories /suppliers and retail customers daily to provide and obtain information

Assisting with the approval managment process from lab dips to bulk product submissions .

Managing the follow through of purchase orders and taking responsibility for accurate administration.

The Person.

As this is a supporting role you will need to have good IT and administration skills and be able to pay attention to the detail. Numerate and analytical with a pro-active approach . Previous 1-3 years experience working for a fashion apparel supplier or Brand is ideal as is a fashion/textile qualification.

You may currently be working within production management or wholesale merchandising.

This position is based at the company's fashion studio in North London.
