Winton Community Academy is seeking an experienced leader in teaching and learning to join our team as an Assistant Principal! This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to gain experience in school leadership or an experienced candidate looking for a new role.

The Assistant Principal will work closely with the Principal to lead the school, establish policies, manage staff and resources, and monitor progress towards achieving the school's objectives. This fixed-term contract for 1 year will cover maternity.

Our ideal candidate has a great knowledge of the curriculum, up-to-date research in best teaching and learning practices, coaching and mentoring experience, and a good understanding of initial teacher training.
