Assistant Operations Manager - Transport Manager CPC for PSV Drivers

Looking for an experienced Supervisor / Manager within a passenger services or transport / logistics environment who is used to managing a team of either HGV or (ideally) PSV Drivers.

The role will involve recruiting, training, motivating, monitoring and appraising / reviewing Drivers.
Ensure all statutory checks are undertaken and drivers and vehicles are compliant.

The company operate around 100 vehicles providing passenger services around Heathrow Airport and surrounding areas.

Services range from private hire VIP luxury 7 seater mini buses to full size coaches / buses.

The role will be office based near Terminal 5, with good public transport links and free on-site secure parking is available.

Salary depending on experience and licence £40 - £50K + free family travel.

Candidates with a Transport Manager CPC (HGV or PSV operator licence / O licence) preferred although the client will support training towards this.
