The Woolpack is a 15th-Century Inn in the heart of the High Street in Tenterden, Kent. The Woolly, as it's affectionately known, is a family and dog-friendly pub and restaurant with 7 individually designed bedrooms. We're looking for our assistant managers to:

  • Have some previous experience in supervising teams
  • Lead by example
  • Be passionate about food & drink
  • Drive standards and knowledge to create exceptional guest experiences
  • Create sales opportunities whenever they can

In this role we need someone with:

  • Previous experience at supervisory level in a premium hospitality business
  • Excellent food & drink knowledge
  • Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them
  • Competence and organisation in handling bedroom and function enquiries and bookingS
  • Own transport to get to and from work
