A newly created organisation based in Perth provide adventure experiences for people to enjoy the natural beauty of Scottish highlands. Through speciality equipped premium 4x4's they provide a range of equipment and packages for customer to enjoy a unique camping experience.

With a leadership-team in place this role will be working with the General Manager, who has previous experience of running international adventure experiences, in providing a complete customer experience.

From the beginning of their trip this could involve meeting them at the airport, ensuring they are fully equipped, introduced and comfortable with their vehicle. Take them through their route, highlighting key points of interest and camp-site locations. Then welcoming them back and checking and preparing the vehicle for the next customer. All the while providing a level of service to promote repeat and referral business.

The business has ambition to grow, with more vehicles and a wider range of packages for their customer, this will also involve other complimentary partnerships.

The recruitment process will be a 2 stage process.

Salary up to £28,000 plus 10% bonus
