Assistant Store Manager sought by renowned charitable organisation. Seeking a strong Assistant Manager in Nuneaton!

My Client is a charitable organisation working with a nationwide network of retail outlets.

If you are looking for a feel good role, working with a strong team and within an organisation with fantastic growth and career progression, this role is for you!

YOU WILL HAVE:
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Previous experience of managing people
* Previous experience of retail

YOU WILL BE:
* Team leader with ability to use own initiative
* Warm, friendly and engaging personality with a good sense of humour
* An energy and enthusiasm to succeed
* Confident and articulate when speaking to customers
* Ability to carry manual handling duties on a daily basis

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
* To work with the Manager to ensure the retail outlet is efficiently run
* Supervise and provide on-the-job training of staff, as delegated by the Manager
* Assist the Manager in the management, motivation and support of the team to increase
sales and ensure efficiency.
