Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnered with one of Europe's fast growing beauty brands, now seeking a Assistant Business Manager to join the team in a NEW EXPANSION OPENING IN CORK REGION.

Our client is passionate about giving customers the tools to be their best everyday, and building long lasting emotional connections. We are looking for someone passionate and customer service focused.

Assistant Manager duties include:

  • Supporting the Counter Manager in leading a team of 3 by example of achieving sales
  • Set daily targets and KPI's to achieve
  • Motivate and drive team to achieve sales targets
  • Staying up to date with the latest make-up and skincare trends.
  • Performing Make-up / Skincare consultations on clients

Assistant Manager must have(s):

  • Looking to progress into a management role
  • Personable and customer focused
  • Assist with 121s and reviews
  • Passionate about make up and skincare
  • Assist Counter Manager with event planning and stock management
  • Adaptable in a fast paced, ever changing sometimes high pressured environment
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Will consider background in Beauty, Cosmetics or Fashion.

In return offering a salary of €30,000, plus commission, generous discounts, pension scheme and so much more.
