The Assistant Manager: Accounts Receivable & Billing is a key role in the Accounting & Finance department, primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the billing and receivables process in the property industry. The successful candidate will also collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance financial accuracy.

Based in London close to the station Canary Wharf they do 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Description

  • Assistant Manager: Accounts Receivable & Billing
  • Manage and streamline the billing and receivables process.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Supervise and mentor team members in the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage client relationships and handle queries related to billing and receivables.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Profile

A successful Assistant Manager: Accounts Receivable & Billing should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
