Assistant Management Accountant

We're seeking a talented Assistant Management Accountant to join dynamic finance team, reporting into the Financial Controller. In this key role, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's financial health and driving their continued success.

Hybrid working is on offer with the opportunity to work from home twice a week.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheets and other financial accounts
• Process supplier invoices and manage credit control procedures
• Support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Assist the Finance Manager with year-end processes and audits
• Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information

What you'll bring:

• AAT qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A desire to learn and develop your accounting expertise
