Assistant Management Accountant

A prolific client of mine based in London is currently recruiting for an Interim Assistant Management to roll up their sleeves and support the team with Accounts Payable and month-end duties for the coming 3 month period with potential for extension!

Main responsibilities of the interim Assistant Management Accountant are:

- Assist in preparing accurate and timely monthly reporting for the 5 UK entity's management accounts

- Assist in preparing quarterly VAT returns

- Completing and processing bank reconciliations

- Processing financial journals for Month end for the above companies

- Dealing with invoice/payments and supplier queries.

- Ownership of month-end duties

My Client is looking for:

- Previous experience with multi-currency and inter-company transactions/invoices

- Strong experience assisting with month-end procedures

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks on a daily basis

My client is offering a competitive day rate as well as hybrid working arrangements from 3 days a week in the office.
