ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT - TAMWORTH - PERM - 30-35Kpa

Hybrid working (2 days at home - 3 in the office)

Greenwellgleeson is working with a client based in Tamworth, who are recruiting an Assistant Accountant. We would like to talk to progressive/ambitious candidates looking to join a business that will offer you a clear career path Ideally you will be AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA part qualified. Reporting to the Finance Controller your role will encompass both transactional finance tasks alongside management information duties whilst supporting the production of the Management Accounts.

responsibilities to include:

* Journals, prepayments, accruals

* Bank reconciliations * Balance sheet reconciliations

* Fixed Assets

* VAT returns

* WIP calculations

* KPIs and other internal operational reports

* Intercompany reconciliations

* Credit control and invoicing customers, cashflow forecasting and control
