Assistant Management Accountant

We are actively seeking an Assistant Management Accountant for a highly reputable company in Middlewich.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

• Assisting with management accounts
• Bringing reporting to a Trial Balance stage at the end of each month ready, for review by the Financial Controller
• Journal processing and reconciliation of key nominal accounts on a monthly basis.
• Maintaining and updating the fixed asset register.
• Bank postings and reconciliations
• Purchase ledger postings for invoices & reconciling the ledger at month end
• Generation of payment proposals
• Manual sales invoicing as required.
• Help and support during company audits and year ends reporting.

Our client is looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience of assisting with management accounts
• Is currently studying CIMA or ACCA
• Has Good Excel skills
• Has experience of working in a fast paced environment
