£30k - £35k - full study package for ACCA/CIMA inc days off, 28 days holiday + banks & hybrid working!

• Support from your line manager to get you fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA) proven in doing this for 3 other people last year within his team and gives you the exposure you need, multiple days off to study and days off for exams, all paid for!
• Quarterly one to one's to discuss duties and responsibilities, if you are hungry and able to take on more, you will be given the opportunity to do so.
• Perfect balance of continuous presence from the FD who you will be reporting into and learning from, without micro-management.
• You may not have done before but you will build up to it, and WILL be producing full sets of Management Accounts in this position, it's literally a gateway to catapult your career!

This business grew from £30 million turnover to £50 million in 2023, organically and via acquisitions, so head count has grown and naturally people have progressed and been promoted hence the role coming available, they are big on internal promotion so, if you start here you must have the passion, dedication and energy to be a fully fledged Management Accountant in 12-18 months!
