Assistant Management Accountant + Study Support

Urmston

£32,000 - £35,000

We placed the FC at this business 12 months ago and she's about to make her first hire!

This is such an exciting time to join the business - they have acquired another 2 businesses and want you to be in the position in 12-18 months where you're running the management accounts for these.

Essentially, they are looking for someone who wants to be a leader in finance in the next few years!

And there is no better trainer or mentor than the FC; she sees this role as "partnering" up with her rather than simply reporting into her.

She is happy to share the knowledge she's built up and invest in 1-2-1 training with you, giving you full insight into what goes on in Board Meetings and having your say in critical month-end decisions.

They are also looking to "spice up" their reporting schedules and would love this next hire to get stuck into this - so there'll be a fantastic chance to understand revenue streams and costings and discuss this with the senior leadership team.

As a pre-requisite, it's absolutely essential you have experience beyond transactional finance - if you can pull together a P&L and have touched on cash flow forecasting then perfect - the rest? They'll train you.

As soon as you walk into this business, you'll be impressed - from their top of the range facilities to the development plans they have in place for all staff, they really are on the upward trajectory as a company and want you to be a part of this.

I am interviewing immediately so please submit your CV to:
