Assistant Managemen Accountant

As an Assistant Management Accountant you will be producing the management packs for senior management and directors and occasionally presenting this information with an added commentary. You will be working alongside the Finance Manager and will be completing month end responsibilities such as posting journals and completing reconciliations. As this organisation are situated in the manufacturing organisation, one aspect of the role will include standard costing, now prior experience is not a requirement for this role as there will be a fantastic training programme included, but any costing knowledge will be beneficial for any applicants.

• To have experience completing month end responsibilities such as posting journals such as accruals and prepayments. This is something that you will be responsible for in this position.
• To have experience completing reconciliation's such as bank and balance sheet. This is an important part of the role and prior experience is required.
• To have some serious exposure to management account responsibilities such as producing the management pack for senior management and directors.
• To have experience working in a manufacturing organisation would be preferred, but is not an essential part of this position.
