We're currently recruiting an Assistant Lettings Manager to join a strong independent business operating across North London. The office that you'll be joining is one of the most successful within the vicinity, and with the business expanding substantially there's huge opportunity to grow and progress!

The main responsibility for this position is to win business and almost be the predominant lister for the office, so the successful candidate will need to have a proven track record at winning business and an ability to work at a high volume. If you also have experience working within the area then that's ideal but not essential.

The package of offer will be bespoke however align with the following: £25,000 - £30,000 basic, £3,500 car allowance, 20% commission structure for instructions, OTE in the region of £65,000 - £70,000.
