Hours: 37 hours per week on a rota with 1 in 3 weekends 
 
Pay: £27,120 per annum  
 
Duration: This is a temporary position that will transfer to an FTC  
 
Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation who have sites across the UK.
 
Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit an Assistant Independent Living Scheme Manager to join the organisation immediately. As an Assistant Independent Living Scheme Manager, you will provide a specialist service for specific customers.
 
As an Assistant Independent Living Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting with ensuring that tenants are able to live as independently as possible.
  • You will work closely with services in the community to ensure that customers with complex needs are given the correct support.
  • Deal with out of hours responses.
  • Complete risk assessments and health and safety checks.
  • You will act as the deputy when the manager is off.
  • Work closely with internal departments to help with the delivery of tenancy and income management, the lettings of properties and aids and adaptions.
  • Look for ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Complete support plans with residents to guarantee they can manage their tenancies and live independently.
 
The ideal Assistant Independent Living Scheme Manager will have/be:
  • Excellent understanding of the needs of older and vulnerable people.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Relevant qualifications either NVQ or CIH (full or working towards).
  • Must have driving licence.
  • Demonstrates competence in the use of a wide range of I.T. based systems but particularly Microsoft suite of applications, including Word and Excel.  
  • Demonstrates high standards of customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills when liaising with internal/external departments, customers and third parties.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A team player that can prioritise workloads and adapt between tasks.
