ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER

Assistant Headteacher for high performing Alternative Provision in Birmingham. As an Assistant Headteacher you will be working as part of the SLT to ensure that the team, staff, children, and young adults you work with are well supported.
Your role as an Assistant Headteacher you will be working closely with the Headteacher in taking the school on the next part of its’ journey and in real terms be part of something amazing.

You will be: -
  • Current or aspiring leader.
  • Assistant Headteacher.
  • QTS Teacher ideally core subject, but this school loves creative people.
  • Happiest when working with children and young adults that need you most.
  • Willing to get involved across whole of school.
  • Be able to demonstrate your leadership skills at interview.
  • An Assistant Headteacher who is not afraid to innovate.
  • Used to working with some challenging attitudes to learning.
  • A great communicator who can easily influence staff to come on this journey with you.
  • Happy to coach existing teaching staff and support ECT’s.
