The Opportunity

Are you an ambitious CIMA / ACA studier looking to join a business that can fast track you to FC level?

£20m turnover SME amid a period of ongoing growth (double digit year on year). It’s a modern manufacturing SME with a strong leadership team, excellent values, awesome products and a superb culture.

Your role will include - management accounting, variance analysis, profitability and margin reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflows, balance sheet integrity, commercial and operational business partnering and year end…. Absolutely everything you need to ultimately point your career at an FD role.

The plan is for you to swiftly step up to Financial Controller and become the number 1 in finance for the UK arm of the group. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone progressing toward ACCA or CIMA qualification.

The role would suit:

  • A dynamic and ambitious studier looking to learn and progress within a diverse and aspirational SME.
  • Someone at Management Accountant or Assistant MA level with appetite to pick up practical experience alongside their studies.
  • Someone with a proactive approach to solving new problems and getting to know a new business / colleagues.
