Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Property Client as we seek a driven and ambitious Assistant Financial Controller to become an integral part of their tight-knit finance team. As the Assistant Financial Controller, you'll work closely with the ACA qualified Financial Controller, assisting in the production of management accounts and financial reports for their highly regarded contract client.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing financial reports for multiple sites/divisions, monitoring project expenditures, analysing budget variances, and providing insightful commentary.

Skills needed

  • Previous experience in a property environment
  • Proficiency in cash forecasting, budgeting and reporting
  • Confidence in engaging with external stakeholders such as auditors and in budget preparation
  • A strong drive for personal growth and development
