Assistant Finance Business Partner

Your new company

Hays are partnering with a well-respected and rapidly growing organisation to recruit a dynamic and driven Assistant Finance Business Partner. Based in their Peterborough Head Office with a hybrid working structure.
Your new role

You will be responsible for managing a varied workload including the analysis of data, project management and financial review. You will be understanding data in order to identify actions required by the Finance Business Partners.
What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 12 months experience within a finance department, or a degree classification: 2:2 in a relevant subject such as finance or business.
• Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to present a credible Finance Service for senior leaders to have confidence in the advice provided.
• Good knowledge of Finance and IT programmes and advanced Excel skills.
• A full driving licence, as the role will require you to drive to various sites.
