This position is for an Assistant Finance Business for a well respected organisation based in the East/ West Sussex /Worthing area. The successful candidate will have a passion for figures, progressing, finance, and the ability to work well in a team.

Client Details

The organisation has seen a period of change recently so require this contract Assistant Finance Business Partner to come into the team to support on numerous projects.

Description

  • Support the Financial Business Partner in delivering financial analysis and insight.
  • Help in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Profile

A successful Assistant Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Studying (or similar) - ACCA / AAT / CIMA

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £34,000 to £38,000 per annum.
  • A comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid working or either 2 or 3 days
