Location - South Norfolk
Working Hrs - Monday to Friday (Days only)
Salary - Very Competitive dependant on experience

ISQ Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager or an ambitious Engineer ready for a step up, on behalf of a respected client in the South Norfolk area. This role is Ideal for a current Engineering Team Leader or Supervisor who is looking for a next step in their career and will offer an opportunity to progress into a managerial role within the company.


Responsibilities :

  • Lead the engineering team, ensuring adherence to health & safety and food safety standards.
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance on various machinery to keep uptime high and production disruptions low.
  • Undertake fault finding, proactive maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage emergency maintenance to address equipment breakdowns promptly.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and manage inventory, identifying any shortages.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer, especially in mechanical/electrical maintenance and fault finding.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with automated production lines and packaging machinery.
  • A commitment to safety and excellence.
