We are currently in search of an Assistant Customer Journey Design Manager to join the esteemed banking group of our client located in Milton Keynes.
In this position, you will hold a crucial role in shaping and embedding the tangible essence of our clients brand throughout pivotal customer journeys. Your primary focus will be on prioritising the needs of their customers, striving for continuous improvement in processes aligned with the purpose of our client's brand.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying customer-centric opportunities and translating concepts into actionable strategies.
- Collaborating with a Customer Engagement Squad to facilitate the commercial execution of our business plan.
- Utilizing customer insights, such as Adobe Analytics, to conduct comprehensive customer journey mapping.
- Nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholders to contribute to significant projects.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards to strengthen our competitive position and shareholder value.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous experience in the field or a relevant degree (e.g., marketing, advertising, retail).
- A solid understanding of marketing theories and their practical application.
Advantages:
- Certification from CIM, IDM, or equivalent qualifications in marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in presenting recommendations and engaging in constructive dialogues with senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for process enhancements.
