Job Purpose

  • Support a portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor.
  • Work closely with the Client Manager and Partners to support the commercial aspects of portfolio management.
  • Review accounts files and support the tax planning process.
  • Mentor junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
  • Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Supporting the firm to continue on its trajectory of growth with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion.
  • Set an example as a hands-on team player.

Job Requirements

  • ACCA or ACA qualified with previous practice experience.
  • A proven track record of supporting clients.
  • Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbally.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an enthusiasm to support business growth.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour, able to inspire a team.
  • Self-motivated, highly organised and able to work autonomously.
  • Able to confidently work closely with Partners.
