Reed Accountancy is excited to be working with a returning client who is one of the largest growing commercial real estate firms in the world and they are looking for an Assistant Client Accountant to join their busy finance team on a full-time permanent basis.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Conduct ad-hoc and scheduled billing to tenants using in-house and client systems.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and clear reconciling items promptly.
  • Manage other reconciliations and trackers, including funds received and Payments to Client preparation for review.
  • Support the REM elements of the Service Charge Year End workflow in collaboration with client accountants, surveyors, and appointed accountants.
  • Engage fully in the month-end/year-end close process.
  • Facilitate various recharges to tenants.
  • Liaise with internal team members to resolve tenant queries.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Experience working to tight deadlines and managing high volumes of work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret stakeholder requests and provide resolutions.
  • High level of IT proficiency, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Autonomy and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
