Summary

Our Business Services teams are the glue that connect different parts of an operation together and the oil which enables the parts to work together smoothly to deliver great results. We work across the breadth of the Trust, providing vital assistance in many varied ways at our properties.

As an Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator, you'll be involved in lots of different admin-based tasks as you support the day-to-day running of the operation. This is a busy and varied administration job – no two days will be the same. You’ll have an important part to play in your team meeting its goals, so you’ll always be looking at how you can offer help where needed. 

Hours: 37.5 per week across 5 days, including weekends & bank holidays.

Salary: £22698 per annum

Contract & duration: Fixed Term role, until 15th April 2026

Interview Date: 15th May 2024

You'll be required to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota, to cover operational needs.

What you'll be doing

Business Services is a community of multi-skilled professionals that work in partnership with colleagues across the Trust. We play our part in delivering the strategy by seeking innovative solutions to challenges and enabling our colleagues to effectively deliver their work. 

To put it more simply, ‘You look after the people, who look after our places.’

You’ll be helping to run the internal property hub at Dunham Massey, providing the wider team with resources, knowledge and support. You’ll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the business getting to know staff and volunteers across Dunham Massey; from customer service to cash handling; from managing group bookings to organising compliance training – your daily tasks will be varied so ability to multi-task and prioritise workload is essential.
