A globally recognised construction and property consultancy is currently seeking a motivated Assistant Building Surveyor to enhance their team in Manchester.

The Assistant Building Surveyors' role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will benefit from a dynamic mix of both professional and project focused tasks, tailored to support continuous progression towards APC accreditation.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will be exposed to projects across an array of markets such as commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear and retail.

This position is ideal for a Graduate Building Surveyor looking for further APC support, or an enthusiastic Assistant Building Surveyor who's looking to step into a fresh environment.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Ideally working towards APC
  • 1+ years' experience within a consultancy environment
