The Assistant Building Surveyor

• Degree in Building Surveying or a closely related field.
• A proactive approach to professional development, particularly with aspirations towards achieving APC accreditation.
• Demonstrable experience or keen interest in a range of building surveying duties, including but not limited to, technical due diligence, defect analysis, condition surveys, and planned maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, showcasing strong problem-solving skills.
• A strong desire to engage in continuous learning and development.
