A distinguished Building Surveying consultancy located in Kent is on the lookout for a driven Assistant Building Surveyor to enhance their professional team.

The Assistant Building Surveyor's role

Joining as the Assistant Building Surveyor, you'll contribute to a variety of compelling projects within the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors throughout London and the South.

Duties will include -

  • Dilapidations
  • Party wall matters
  • Constract administration
  • Defect diagnosis

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying (RICS accredited ideally)
  • 1-2 years consultancy experience would be benficial
  • Dedicated to APC progression
  • A confident communicator - Both written and verbal
  • Ambitious, self motivated and excellent time management
