Assistant Bodyshop Manager
  • Starting annual salary up to £42,000 (pending experience) with £10,000+ additional annual bonus potential and an end of year bonus.
  • Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am-12:30pm.

We are currently recruiting for a Assistant Bodyshop Manager to join our Client based in Chippenham.

Working for an Automotive Accident Repair Centre, the successful Assistant Bodyshop Manager will be responsible for looking after all operations of this Bodyshop.

Our Client is offering the successful Assistant Bodyshop Manager On Target Earnings of £52,000 OTE.

The hours of work for this Assistant Bodyshop Manager role are Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am-12:30pm.

Assistant Bodyshop Manager Person Specification
  • ideally hold a proven track record in running a successful automotive accident repair workshop
  • Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop
  • Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
  • An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations
The responsibilities of this Assistant Bodyshop Manager role are
  • Ensuring that all vehicles entering the site for repair receive the highest level of attention
  • Ensuring as a Assistant Bodyshop Manager you motivate the team to take pride in their work and ensure a first-time fix
  • Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers
  • Taking responsibility for P&L of the Bodyshop
