We are looking for a spectacular Assistant Bars Manager to assist the Head of Department in the delivery of first-class hospitality and the most spectacular and inventive beverage solutions available.

The Assistant Bars Manager Role for us, is integral to the delivery of our first-class hospitality offering and our bars and lounges are a huge attraction to every guest at various points during their stay. We offer a spectacular variety of drinks throughout our bars and lounges and expect you to enhance this offering even further with your knowledge and experience.

You as the Assistant Bars Manager –

  • Will have experience managing bars in a similar High-Class property.
  • Will manage the bars and lounges productivity levels, staff rotas, wastage levels, budgets and maximise sales.
  • Will have a relevant NVQ qualification in Hospitality or, in the absence of such a qualification, have extensive experience in hospitality management.
  • Can demonstrate a knowledge of management through previous employment and any statistical/financial information to help in support.
  • Can adapt to unforeseen challenges across your department.
  • Will enhance the abilities of your staff and train them in the various aspects of the company’s policies.
  • Can communicate efficiently with all other departments across the hotel and respond to all correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Will have all the necessary attributes of a fantastic hospitality manager.

The Typical Responsibilities of our Assistant Bars Manager will be –

  • To manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s bars and lounges.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to monitor all financial aspects of the bars and lounges.
  • Ensure that professional and high standards of service are maintained at all times.
