Assistant Accountant

Are you looking to gain exposure to a wide variety of clients and build upon your existing knowledge in a supportive environment? I am looking for an Assistant Accountant for a 3 Partner Firm in Colchester, paying a salary of £24,000 - £36,000 depending upon experience.

In this Assistant Accountant role you will work with a portfolio of clients that include SME's, Partnerships and LTD companies.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in:

• Preparing company accounts
• Completing Corporate and Personal Tax returns
• Providing Bookkeeping services
• Completing VAT returns
• Some Payroll processing (advantageous)

You will either be AAT qualified or studying ACA/ACCA and full stuy support will be provided, with flexible and hybrid working options available.
