Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Support audit and external reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards
- Contribute to team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software
