This is a newly created position to support the finance department, the role is both challenging and varied, which creates a nice balance between the two.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, working in a small team of 5, you’ll be assisting with the management accounts…There is also study support available (AAT, CIMA/ACCA)

The company has recently gone through a rebranding, although you might not have heard of them, you’ll have heard of some of their clients…Nestle being just one of them.

Below is an overview of what you’ll be doing…

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Journal preparation and posting.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Cost centre reporting and analysis.
• Assist with cash management and cash flow forecasting.
• Process employee expenses.
• Provide cover and support to the wider finance team as and when required.
• Assist with audit preparation.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
