SF are currently working with a Manufacturing business based in Alfreton who are looking for an Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis. This role offers flexible working and a great company to work for who have great opportunities coming up.

Job duties:

Produce Monthly Management Accounts
- Branch P&Ls created to be used by senior management to influence business decisions, forecasting and budget planning.
- Reporting discrepancies, mistakes or potential fraud to senior management
- Manage ledgers and ensure accurate financial record keeping across departments
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets

Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Ensures transparency around the company's financial position.
- Reporting discrepancies, mistakes or potential fraud to senior management
- Manage ledgers and ensure accurate financial record keeping across departments

The ideal candidate will have the following:
AAT Qualified or Qualified by experience
3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
Good Excel skills
