Accountable Recruitment are partnered with an industry leader in their sector as they recruit the role of Assistant Financial Accountant (on a 6 month interim basis).

Package:

• £32,000 DOE
• 35 hours, flexible start and finish times
• Hybrid working - 1 - 2 days per week in office unless required more at month end
• 28 days holiday plus BHs

Location- Speke - Modern offices - parking available

Job Duties-

• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Variance analysis against forecasts
• Support with the Group's intercompany accounting processes
• Responsible for preparing journals and reconciliations for deposits, petty cash and procurement cards.
• Ensure that journals and cash transfers are prepared/requested timely and accurately
• Support the Financial Reporting team in the delivery of all external audits
• Prepare financial statements for group subsidiaries
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaising with other finance teams in the department to improve efficiency
• Ad hoc Group project work

Ideal experience & development-

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, keen to progress and develop.

• Graduates welcome to apply!
• 1 - 2 years experience, or graduate with strong reconciliation understanding
• Good Communication skills to speaking to the wider team
• Great attention to detail
• Strong IT skills
