Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Liverpool Housing Association to recruit an Asset Repairs Manager. This role is a 6-month contract and offers £37 - £40 per hour with hybrid, flexible working.

Asset Repairs Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:

  • Responsible for the management and delivery of the responsive repairs and voids service
  • Delivering effective contract management
  • Liaise with contact centre and housing management function to ensure effective repairs delivery
  • Manage a team of surveyors

Asset Repairs Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:

  • Track record at delivering repairs contract management
  • UK valid drivers license
  • Client-side Social Housing experience
